⚠️ Reminder: This is self-exploration content, not therapy.

What attribute or characteristic of other people do you find that you are most inclined to mirror in others? What character traits do these people have that pull this type of behavior out of you? |

Heads up – all prompts on mirroring are intentionally separated from the topic of masking. Therefore, for those who are a part of the neurodivergent community, only complete this prompt if it would be a beneficial part of your introspection.

>> We all mirror to some extent, this is normal. Not all mirroring is harmful. We can mirror people when we feel connected. Other times, we can begin to mirror someone because we feel disconnected from the room, ourselves, or others.

>> Mirroring can happen at different levels as well – behavioral, emotional, facial expressions, body movement, voice tone and word choice.

>> In this case, focus on mirroring when you feel stressed.
